I live in the Philippines and the order was unfortunately directed to a wrong island. But the customer service of Mabe has been more than helpful. They have literally written me every day for about 2 weeks and made sure that the product will get to me. Even if I had to pay extra delivery costs for a local forwarder, they reimbursed me for it. I have rarely come across such a good customer service. Truly amazing.
The product is so soft and comfortable. Super easy to adjust and beautiful. As I am still pregnant I have not used it carrying my baby boy yet, but will and come back for a review.

I received this as a gift off of my registry. I started using it almost immediately after the hospital and have not stopped using it! I bought others from Amazon and they could not compare to this carrier! Don’t second-guess yourself and just get it!

I’ve owned this carrier since my baby was about 4 months and it’s become my daily necessity! It’s softer than other carriers, not as rigid, and it’s nice to not have all of the extra straps and clips. I was skeptical at first because I’ve never had a carrier with the cross straps but I have to say I don’t have back pain with this one when I am front carrying! Now that my baby is over 1, I almost exclusively use the back carry and the straps allow for easy slip on and off. I’ve had some issues with mine and customer service has always been wonderful and sent a replacement. I’m expecting baby #4 and I will keep purchasing this brand!

This company is by far the best I’ve experienced. Their customer service is amazing, and communication was excellent from start to finish. My baby carrier unfortunately broke, and since it was a gift from my baby shower, I didn’t know who had purchased it. I wasn’t able to provide an email for them to look it up, and without any hesitation, they sent me a replacement.
My baby and I use their carrier almost every day—it’s such a great product. What I love most is how comfortable it is for her; she falls asleep in it almost instantly. I would definitely recommend this product to any new or expecting mom.
