Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing MABĒ. We are committed to providing you with the best possible shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed by 12PM MST are typically processed the same business day. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. Orders placed Friday after 12 PM MST will be fulfilled the following week. 

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order, the shipping method you choose, and the shipping destination.
  • Your package may be shipped using a different shipping carrier with an equivalent service level to the one shown at checkout. 

Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer domestic shipping within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout, but are generally within 2-10 business days.

International Shipping:

  • We offer Worldwide Shipping. Delivery times vary based on the destination and local customs processing. 

  • Fedex deliverable addresses ship delivery duty paid. Addresses not serviceable by FedEx, ex: PO Boxes may incur additional customs, broker, VAT charges upon parcel collection.

APO/FPO boxes

  • For APO and FPO Boxes, shipping times tend to be significantly longer than average, and may be up to 75 days, due to the way these packages are processed once they are dispatched by USPS. 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment using this number on the Shipping Carrier website.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Mabē is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Missing or Lost Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or missing, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@mabeproducts.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Issues:

  • If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service team. We will assist in resolving the issue and ensuring you receive your item as quickly as possible.
