Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and supported in your babywearing journey. That’s why every purchase comes with a complimentary consultation with a certified babywearing consultant, so you can get the perfect fit and feel for you and your little one. You can find support here.

U.S. Customers

  • 30-Day Return Policy -You may return your Monarch Carrier within 30 days of purchase for any reason.

  • How to Start a Return - Please use our return portal.

  • Condition of Returns - Items must be in original packaging with cards/manuals included and free from stains or signs of extensive wear.

  • Refunds - We’ll refund your purchase once your return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.


We stand behind the quality of our carriers and want you to have the best possible experience.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or color, please return your item for a refund through our return portal and place a new order.

Gift Returns

Received a Monarch Carrier as a gift, but had your eye on another color? No problem- we’re happy to help! You can return it for a Mabē gift card within 90 days of order delivery.

  • Start a Gift Return - Please use our Gift Return Lookup.

  • Important: In the “reason for return box”: include your email address and “returning for a gift card” 

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a store credit gift card by email, which you can use toward anything in our shop.

International Customers

  • All Sales Final - International orders are non-returnable.
